Since its inception, COPERCO has built well over 2,000,000 ft2 in industrial, commercial and residential construction in Nicaragua. We strive to provide the best quality while keeping within the customer's budget. To do this, we focus on large volume projects that provide us with the possibility of economies of scale. And by transferring the savings to our customer we build customer loyalty, which in turn provides us with more repeat business. In a country as small as Nicaragua, repeat business is the key to a stable workload even during economic downturns.

Our project managers, architects, engineers, and cost estimators provide our customers with a team to evaluate the cost effectiveness of several solutions, the internet communications to design-build fast-track projects jointly with the customer's foreign designers.

In order to carry out your construction efficiently, COPERCO is fully equipped with earth moving equipment, cranes, concrete trucks, ready-mix concrete plant, etc. The fact that we minimize the amount of equipment that has to be rented, in a country where rented equipment costs are unreasonably high, allows us to bring the lowest costs to the customer.
